how to play tall order

Tall order is a free stacking game. A slab slides back and forth over your tower. Drop it at the right moment: whatever hangs over the edge gets trimmed off, so every miss makes the next slab smaller.

  1. Tap anywhere (or press the space bar) to drop the moving slab.
  2. The part that overhangs the tower falls off. The rest becomes your new top.
  3. Land it almost exactly on top for a perfect drop. Three perfects in a row and the slab starts growing back.
  4. Miss the tower completely and the game ends. Your score is the number of slabs stacked.

Keyboard: Space or Enter drops the slab. Esc goes back to the menu.

tips

  • Watch the edge of the slab, not the middle.
  • The slabs speed up as you climb. Tap a hair earlier than feels right.
  • Chase perfect streaks early, while the slab is still wide.

Landing within a few percent of the slab below. You'll see a flash and hear a rising note.

What's a good score?

Twenty slabs is solid. Forty is excellent.
